Extract the hack into the Combat Arms folder
Edit the ini with your MPGH user info (user/pass fields).

I'm not sure how to extract something and what is the ini?

what does patched mean? is it not useable?

patched means that the game updated its AV or w/e so it is immune to that certain hack. for choob terms, it means it wont work anymore. technically it can,but to a certain and really short extent. -off topic no flame intended- i seriously wonder why choobs want to hack a game when they have no experience how to play it or used hacks at all. -.-
