I didn't read your original post, but from what I can gather is you think you can get in some kind of trouble for ddosing some random person... which is fucking retarded. I've never once heard of ANYONE being finedested/anything for ddosing, spreading a virus, just doing anything that isn't news worthy.

Also the fact you say the city police department was called... not only are most of us 12 and wouldn't dare be caught calling the cops, but most people just wouldn't fucking do this. The individual's isp provider will start to investigate what occurred. If evidence of the ddos already exists then the provider will pursue. Not usually an individual who goes to court in the end. They are there only for evidence. Now as for your request of a link. That is against MPGH rules which you should be familiar with. United States v. Nosal or United States vs Aaron Swartz are good examples of accessing an individuals computer instead of a protected computer.

If its a myth, then why does it violate the law? Really, once you age a little bit and maybe look into learning politics you may actually be given the chance to understand it. Viable proof includes logs and a confession. It's already a closed case. Now if someone did it behind a vpn/proxy then there would be no point in pursuing. When you have the person stuck dead in their tracks. More possibilities arise. If you called your police department saying the 13 year old next door hit off your internet for a given period of time with 6gbs and you could provide evidence.
