Connection times out

Any1 knows why is it happening right now ? does it happen to any1 else. i think servers are on but not for me

Tried to login it seccided but it was a bug earlier but when it says "connection time out or whatever" press (esc) and wait

i don't know how many time but i see some Like "NAME was kicked from the game"
