WPE Pro not picking up packets D:

I've been trying to get WPE Pro working for a few weeks now. I've searched relentlessly for some fixes to no prevail. WPE Pro just does NOT want to pick up packets. I've made exceptions to "WPE PRO - Modified" (the actual application), "SetPriv.dll" (some random extension that AVG hates), and "WpeSpy.dll". I've tried multiple compatibility modes for the application, but stick to XP Service Pack 3, for several forums have suggested this [to other users]. I made a quick video exampling my troubles. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
