Ballistic Vests hack : How to use on Primary Weapons?

Hi everyone!

Today, on teknogods, i wanted to put the famous ballistic vest proficiency on my juggernaut's M604E (primary weapon, eh). I thought all would be ok, because i already used this hack in other classes.
But when i applied, there was no effect.

To be sure if it was a problem with my primary weapon, i tried the same hack on a secondary and when you use the weapon (that is to say when you have your weapon in-hand, you wear the vest, but if you swap to your primary the vest disappears) all was ok here.

I didn't tried to do this hack on a second primary weapon with overkill, i may test and i'll give you the feedback.

Ps : While we're speaking about juggernaut's weapons, does anyone know why i can't have the juggernaut's M604E or juggernaut's Riot Shield in second primary weapon with overkill?

I know this hack is "launched" when you switch weapon, so if you already tired to switch your promiary to second, and vice versa well...
I think it's normal that it doesn't work.

I don't think you can do it, or at least without script or other stuff like that.

Woops! I'm sorry, i was in holidays and furthermore i hardly never use skype (as you already knew it...)
Did you change your Skype account? I don't have any information on you now, like a closed account...
Furthermore, i totally forgot that cypher was your MPGH account, i must speak with you so.

It would be a little strange that the swap would lead the activation of the vests! But it's what happen when you pick up a vest (i think, because you press 'use', and then you re-quick your weapon).

I also tried primary and a classic secondary, both with the ballistic vest proficiency. The primary didn't worked, instead of the secondary.

I'm gonna try with a classic primary weapon, because as you say i use special weapons that normally couldn't be used so easily. I'll edit this post.
EDIT : Doesn't work.... I tried my M4A1
That would maybe explain too with i can't have juggernaut's M604E and Riot Shiled as a second primary weapon.

I'll also test to put death streaks as proficiency on these weapons, etc.

EDIT : Well, 'normal' proficiencies like stability, damage, speed, seems to works on every weapons, but special ones like equipements (c4...), death streaks and killstreaks (UAV, ballistics vests) seems to work only on secondary weapon. Need someone to approve....
