Lol client wont start

I run it the icon pops then it goes not responding , tried to uninstall and reinstall it alot + removing bandoo media booster Nothing happens.
My riot folder contains "Rads" and 2 .exe files is there files missing i remember there was more folders anyway after reinstalling i only get these what's wrong
