how to mod Attributes. I dont care so i'm releasing
Open up one of MY text files in a program called "UltraEdit"
edit it to your hearts content
Go to "File->Encryption...->Encrypt"
Passphrase is "CombatArms"
go to the folder where it saves, remove the ending link so its .txt
inject into attributes.rez
no bypass needed
