That's how my cousin makes money.
He posts ads on Craigslist that says "Here's the list of games I want: ____ - $10, ____ - $8, etc." Each price is about half of what they're worth, people sell 'em to him, and he redistributes for full price.
He's made about $6k in the past month or so off of it. It's fuck easy to make money off of stupid people.

damn i have done some of that shit myself. buy steam accounts dirt cheap from mpgh and then sell them on a swedish forum where people pay 85% of what the games are worth

Well actually, it all depends on how many digits the SteamID is.
An 8dig would cost around $0.75, but a 7dig would cost around $4.50.
Friend just sold a 4dig for about $300.
