starting your own gfx site, and trying to recruit from mpgh is against the rules
do so and i will personaly take down your site.

if you join one of these sites, and can be traced as doing it.
you blow all chances of ever getting staff, and may be banned.

There is nothing wrong with owning your own GFX site.

Advertising it on MPGH is another story though.
