or you can always just make another acc depends how far you are if your lvl 20 or below don't see why you cant restart

Level doesn't matter days of botting XP using Le bot can get you to level 50 but the problem is your already a member so just contact the support team

Also the problem could be you didn't activate you acc if you don't go to your email and activate it you can't chat but you can play

Nope, you can't talk in servers if you didn't activate your account. You got it wrong.
