The reason they keep them private is most likely because they are sick and tired of people complaining that they are banned once it has been detected. I believe it is time to play legit and enjoy the game for real.

Nah, if you know how much fun it is to program for days straight, release a hack, then see your worked get patched within a few hours and have the whole community complain, you'd know why there are no releases at the moment. (Nexon patches things to quick...)
