It's for increasing traffic to your website in attempt to make it more popular. I am also somewhat in need of one and do not really trust Google/Youtube due to sur veys and malware...

Custom coded = you have to write the software yourself.

Alternatively you can try googling around and seeing if you can find something like that. I'm sure there is shit like that but YouTube is filtering fake traffic... so
