Hacking in the Breaking Point mod - is it possible?
Breaking point is a pretty new mod featuring a revamped version of Chernarus (DayZ) with 600+ new weapons and more buildings, vehicles, scripts etc.
It has a unique anti-hack which scans your PC for possible scripts or hack tools (and even remnants thereof)
Even if you are not hacking, if the launcher detects these things in your computer it will ban you from their servers. In addition to the PC scan it also has a script scan that runs when you spawn in.
I have both of the retail bypasses, obviously using these with default and custom menus does not work.
So here is a theory:
You may can bypass the scan of your PC by naming your hack-tools and/or script files something very obscure and hiding them within your PC (of course the scripts will need to be in your Arma2 folder, will get to that in a second)
As for the script scan, there has been a program released for bypassing this which may or may not work. It basically removes the scripts folder from the arma 2 OA folder for the duration of the scan, then moves it back for use within the game.
This may bypass the script scan, but if the server has an anti-hack in place for preventing you opening a menu, this is yet another problem (although one of the retail bypasses has anti-antihack, but even then it may or may not work depending on the strength of the antihack.)
TL;DR. anyone got ideas for cracking the anti-hack of breaking point?
