I just liked his white lines

lol its not bad the other things you did are pretty sick.
when doing the white lines on 1px you gotta zoom in alot so the brush looks big and go around the edges on what ever you want and itll look cleaner :P

Its just using the brush tool to go over the defining lines in an image.

nice ima try in my next sig... there should be a tut for this style so more ppl could learn
