Trying to SE a Logitech G710+ Keyboard

So i am emailing them and this is basically what i have so far i only need to get the PID and P/N and i think i should be fine can anyone tell me if i could make it better and where i would really appreciate it thanks

This is what i got so far

Hi i got this keyboard about 2 weeks ago and they shipped it from there website and i noticed that something was wrong with it because when i received the package it looked heaps rugged and it looked all bashed i even found blood on the box and i tried to get it off but it wouldn't i was quite surprised about this so i plugged in the keyboard and it wasn't working i went through all different troubleshooting problems online and none of them worked i also tried it on different Pc's and also installed drivers and still nothing i am very disappointed.

No i do not my keyboard is really playing up and near broken and i play a lot of games and will get into recording too and i found that this keyboard does it all so i really wanted it but i dont have the money so i decided to try SE it

Capitalize your "i"s if they are alone.
Use their if it's possessive and there if talking about location.
Use periods more than once. About one per 15 words or less to divide everything into smaller sections and thoughts.
It is PCs, not Pc's.
I recommend painting a clearer picture of the problem and asking for help or solutions instead of being "very disappointed" like a typical shithead.
