I HAVE TRIED THIS WITH EVERY MAP AND IT WORKS!! YOU NEED TO PRESS A AND D REALLY FAST WHILE SOMEONE PUSHES YOU!!! FOR EXAMPLE IN THE TRAIN MAP AT THE BARS ON THE SIDE I WAS ABLE TO GO THROUGH THOSE WITHOUT DIEING!!!

guys this method does really work... how do you think all of those glitching maps show people out of the map? they do something called a "Boost"

a Boost is when the "Glitcher" is always against a wall and running back and forth (W and S keys)
And the "Booster" is someone who keeps moving side to side (A and D keys)

Thats how the G0dzofdeath from youtube got out of:
Train
Factory
Egypt
Monaco
etc.
