Answer me Question : Have you missing any file in your Directory ?
So you played CF NA? Then you can't play CF EU!
So, if you are in North America, you can't play CF EU.
If you are in Europe, you cant play CF NA.
(EU means europe, NA means North America if you don't know.)

Also, the black screen caused by missing DirectX, or some unusal bug in the game... And he can, if he registered before the IP restriction..

If you have any missing file in Cf, Cf don't even start, it exit without error message..

They are in REZ files... If any of the REz files missing -> Xtrap error...
