well, you get more outta arma 2 and its more realistic, call of duty is and always will be a failure, Call of duty black ops 2 sold 500,000 copies, significantly less than the games before it, call of duty is falling out slowly.

Want realism? Go for Arma 2 OA. Black Ops 2 and the CoD series is fun and all if you want a more relaxed not so intense FPS. Arma 2 can go first person - third person as well. I enjoy the DayZ mod on Arma 2 OA as well. Arma also has alot of varying game modes so it isnt the same thing over and over. Plus you can find Arma 2 OA on Amazon for like $7.

You do know arma 2 and COD aren't EVEN in the same league together COD is just a shoot em up game fun for 2 hours kind of game and arma is a hardcore military simulator that pushes you skill as a player in way's that are only new to us since arma has gotten attention only last year or so

As the people above said, go for ArmA 2 if you are interested in realism and have a couple of friends to play with (yeah, to me arma is no fun when playing alone), go for CoD if you want some fast paced action. I wouldnt reccomend either though, get arma 3 or wait for battlefield 4 (providing you have the hardware required).

EDIT: Thought you were looking for a game to buy, not just comparing the two.. Anyways you cant really compare them since they are completely different games. To be honest I never had crazy fun when playing arma, but cod is way worse... So between the two arma it is.

It depends on what you're looking for, ARMA 2 is a simulator, while COD is just a fun run and gun style of game. It depends on your style of play

Are you serious? Cod games from MW3 and on sucked. They were taking the worst features from the previous game, removing the good features, adding more shitty features and making CoD games. Last game I liked on the cod series was MW2. But CoD 4 was top.
