This is why it's good to get a middleman.

You will get a strike on your account if you say he scammed you with no proof.

Go post him scamming you in scammers grave with proof, and hope he gets banned.

Ye it is. I would personaly use a Middleman now, if i were insecure. Didn't knew that they existed when i Got scammed:-)
