Handle you the item I am selling, check it, change everything or whatever => other person pays, I confirm then you handle the item to the buyer ?

Sorry, no offense intended there on my post. You have quoted that I only accept paypal payments so I thought that a MM is not an option. ( I'm confused here. )

Oh now I understand why you mentioned that, I guess you got confused with what I posted above at first.
