I think its a bit fucked up background, but a nice rendered head. Do some filters over it, blur or w/e.

The render is all black and the background is multi-colored.. 0_o
The background stands out too much... try photo-filtering or gradient maps at low opacity
Try blending the render with the background, center the render, add some C4D's, make sure they blend, and work on text
