Very good, I like the rain effect and the overall lighting. I don't mean to be mean, but your sunburst contrasts too much with the rest of the picture. You might want to take the polygonal lasso tool and make the same selection that already have for your sunbursts, and instead of filling with pure white like you have already done, consider a gradient, I would have used the line gradient and would do foreground(white) to transparent. That way the sunburst would be less sharp around the edges (the opacity would gradually lower around the edges).

This is just a suggestion you don't have to do it, I would have liked to see how it looked like if you used the my technique, but your way is still excellent.
