Step By Step Guide to not Get scammed.
1. When you sell or buy from someone make sure you take hes skype name up no skype = no trade.
2. after got their skype name save it up and if he did scam you post hes skype name here and i will have chat with him witch will return your item

3. before trade also let him know that you got hes ip up and if he scams you , he will be in shit load of trouble with hes internet for months.
4. also if these 3 steps helped you do your trades let me know , i am sorry if this is wrong thread to post if it is feel free move it to correct one

No offense, but you honestly sound like you have no idea what you are talking about.

A booter such as a low orbit ion costs money, and a lot if you want a strong one. To boot someone off line solo, 15 minutes if probably as long as you will last. With a group of half a dozen to a dozen up to 12 hours.

So your booting offline for months is just absolutely outrageous.

I appreciate the anti scamming movement, but being stupid about it isn't the way to go.
