What counts as a fast computer and what counts as slow?
An i7-3770k with 8GB 2000mHz ddr3 memory and 2 Vertex 4 SSDs in RAID0 (+2x HD 6970s in Crossfire) say that I shouldn't be worried but you never know (unless specs are stated).

If you have a slow PC and you have it on fast mode, you will lag. Slow mode changes the values of memory codes changing speed. The faster, the better. But for some people complaining about lag, I just made an option if u have a slow or fast PC. Most people are good with it on fast. It makes Unlimited Health more better
For Windows 8 too ?

Yup.
It's made in VB, so it should work on Win 8 too.
