HELP STOLEN ACC (MUST READ)

My account is stolen. 100$ of waste.
Password is changed - Email too
And when I try to submit a ticket my web browser crashes sort of.
I write everything I need and then when I try to click on "Submit", It stops in about 30 seconds. And it's trying to connecting to where it should go next... And then It says it could not find the adress i searched.

I've tested with: Google Chrome - Mozilla Firefox. And I'm not gonna test with Internet Explorer. Is there a solution?
Please if you know how to fix this say it below. i really need this account back!

Can't live without it

Contact Z8Games support with proof of purchase(s, receipt(s)) and of ownership of account. It's ideal if you can show replays with you *actually* playing with the said name. Just don't expect any speedy replies.

yeah log on with another account, then type the ign of the lost account... in the support ticket section

this worked for me my account wasn't stolen but i wanted to change some stuff once i gave them enough information they gave me every thing i want about the account

But when I've written everything and going to click on submit, My web browser crashes

Try another browser I sugges Google Chrome if you aren't using it

try to recover the account
