It appears Riot has had some email addresses, first and last names, and salted password hashes leaked as a result of a security compromise.

It might be a good idea to change your email address and your password.

This wouldn't be a bad idea. This issue is hilariously important due to the difficulty of recovering a lost account through Riot's support system.
