Thread Deleted, Cant Understand The Resason

So i Posted A thread With A Download Link In It ,
I programmed It
No Virus ( But Forgot To Upload A Scan )
Had A Screenshot

And The Thread Got Deleted For A Reason

Thread: Skype Spammer - Chat -Status
Forum: Visual Basic Programming
Reason: Nice file but the attachment requests files through internet download... We don't allow this.

But I Cant Seem To Understand It , BTW I am New To This Forum , So Far Loving It.
And I did not know How To Put A Download Link.

Any One Can Tell Me The Reason It Got Deleted In Simple World
And How Can I Avoid Doing it Again?

I'm pretty sure your file connected or downloaded things from the internet in some way. We don't allow files that connect to the internet on MPGH.

But I Own It And I did Some Videos On Youtube. Thats All ,
& Then How Can I upload A file To Mphg?

So read thou the Rules , And Found That Auto Updating Program Are Not Allowed , Stupid Me , sorry about that..
