A WTF Glitch... Someone explain.

So i was playing a normal game of Zombies, i found a ne glitch, and all of a sudden i see someone get a unbelievable, so i thought it was a hacker. but when i turned around, there was this "human" standing there and everytime you hit him, you get a kill and so on. can someone explain what just happened? i had like 44 kills and 200 points. but because i was talking screenies, i lag-out. (thank God, i might of gotten Deranked for power leveling).
