Third Person Mode Without sv_cheats 1

I want to be able to play in third person on any server without sv_cheats enabled.

I don't think this is possible, unless you hack to do it.

But remember, some servers have a plug in which allows you to be in third person.

Yeah, the server I play on most of the time does have a third person plugin, but you need to be VIP or Admin to use it. I'd like to do it without having to purchase VIP and all that stuff. I wouldn't mind having a hack to do it, it just makes the game a bit more enjoyable.
