New Simple Timespace RANK/EXP Bot

Since I ALWAYS see bots which only do Undead Pirates as the RANK/EXP bot, I figured I would release a simple but effective bot. Just tweak the skills section for the skills YOU want to do, I used Dragon Shinobi.
