Browsing around when I see this kid...
Basically talks about reporting guys he sees. He goes through extensive lengths just to get them banned, even though he hacks himself.

Also, even if you make a thread to nominate and propose someone to become cs, it will not happen.

When the Administrators feel like he/she deserves it, they will do it.

Why the hell is that deserving of CS? First of all, it's completely irrelevant to MPGH, and he's just starting a conversation. Second of all, why does it concern, and you why are you so butthurt by it? Thirdly, I would nominate you for CS, but I see you've already got your mouth full.
