CrossFire support ticket

well, this is my first post in MPGH . i've made trade acc with a vip acc (it looked cool acc

) after we made the trade he sent a support ticket and got his acc back with the 1st info . now he has 2 acc my acc and his acc . i sent support ticket 3 days ago . they replied me at first they asked me for first info for my acc i gave it (iam sure about 1st info because i made a support ticket before ) they replied after 36 hour said all info is wrong. i asked them to request any info from me i sent him the info they request but it's been 24 hour and they didnt reply me yet . my acc IGN : -[L]uCkY.? so iam now asking if there is something called block info (as i cant make supp ticket again ) iam not sure about this
