Little (Big) WarRock problem

I got done for hacking, now ive been banned, my main account has been closed so i decided to make another and already that has been banned.. I know there is a way, but not sure of it.. how can i get back onto my acount?..

I've been searching around on google and something called an 'Internet Protocol (IP) address spoofer' has been found.. Would this be of any use to me??
And also are there any consequences and dangers that i need to know before trying to use this?

try making a new account and this time dont hack as much and you wont get banned with hacking comes that risk

no i stopped hacking after my main acount got banned, i got a permanent ban.. i gotta play the game cuz its great and all my other friends cant be bothered to buy Counter-strike source which most people here know is good
