I know that, however, Fraps makes me lagg horribly and my game freezes and dies when someone throws a nade so... lol

I think FRAPS is the best for the game recording software.You can find it form the goggle. But it cost for the downloading but it is good .

Xfire has an integrated video capture now, as a tool for streaming video. Far from being the best there is but it is quite flexible. You can record 25 frames per second, 30, 60 or 100 full and part bot size with the option to capture the cursor is good for things like MMOs.
