This isn't even a 718....

It is a 718. You can spawn solomon items, and it has new items look except for the GS look because the owner hates the new GS looks.
Anyway, here's the updates:

Skilling is almost added, you can still master to get 138 combat, but you will need to do the skilling yourself, since everyone has requested it.
The right click problem will be fixed soon.
The fc bug where you cannot talk is being fixed.

I will post what's all added to hte next update, it will make the server alot more fun, and will have alot more things added. So stay tuned -Solax

Here's a newflash for you, items, maps, and interfaces can be imported. I can tell by the screenshots this is not a 718.

How when it was based off a matrix source?

All of you kids use the term "based off" but do you understand what that means? I can make a 317, import 742 items, maps, interfaces and say it's based off of (insert 742 server here), doesn't make it 742. It makes it 317 loading 742.

Well, right now I am in the process of getting mine finished.
Right now just got to get the client and some server side stuff finished.

Well my website just got fked right now, waiting for it to come back up as I have all my databases running off it.

Well all sources are based off another source, but generally when anyone sees a 742 they think matrix, due to the fact that as I know you can't really find a 742 header for 317.
