I was thinking of this idea for a long time now, but I am not that experienced with bot making.
It's called, RealmBet.
Just like the trade section of RealmEye but instead of putting what you want to trade for, you put your bet and what you're betting for. (And other information such as server/IGN/etc)
You'll be able to accept bets from the website, and if you do accept a bet; the bot will PM the bettor that you are wanting to take his bet. It'll also show you if the bettor is offline or online.
There will be At least 10 bots in each server, what they do is ask you for your bets, and once you traded them your bets, they'll roll a dice to decide who wins. (The IGN'S of the bots will be listed on the website so people don't impersonate them)
And when both bettors are on the same server, the bot will PM both and ask for their bets. Once the bot has both bets, there's not turning back. If a player disconnects or leaves and forgets to claim their winnings, they'll have 5 minutes until the bot gives the items to the other bettor.

Bettor #1 is Online and Bettor #2 is Online.
Bettor #1 Accepts Bettor #2's Bet via RealmBet website.
BOT pm's Bettor #2 to tell him that Bettor #1 wants to bet.
BOT pm's both Bettors telling them to meet at the server that has been chosen on the RealmBet website.
BOT takes both bet's from Bettors.
BOT rolls dice to decide who wins.
IF Winner disconnects and doesn't return in 5 mins, BOT gives winnings to Loser.
IF Both Bettors Disconnect and don't return in 5 mins, BOT saves items.

TL;DR
ROTMG Betting Website
So, what do you think ?
This is just an idea that I wanted to share with you, I am not going to work on any of this.
I agree with your signature... I have been Kabamed. Kabamed with a confusing post on which I don't understand.
Can anyone explain this in a flow chart? Please & Thank You. (Seriously Idfusts)
BOT takes both bets from Bettors.
BOT rolls dice to decide who wins.
BOT Trades winnings to Winner.
IF Winner disconnects and doesn't return in 5 mins, BOT gives winnings to Loser.
IF Both Bettors Disconnect and don't return in 5 mins, BOT saves items.
It's nice if you win every time but not even you lose but I'm a risk taker +1 for this
I recently had the idea for a bot doing automated raffles in the nexus. I think it would be pretty fun.
If you want to gamble then sell pots for bitcoin (if you're underage and/or in the us) or money.
You know... I really liked Dicing/Flowergames in Runescape. But this would require 2 people to bet... I think there should be a way to sign up for the site and become a person who can take bets one on one using the website... Or just a bot that only accepts def/life pots and can pay those out if the player wins and keep them if player loses... I know the player hosts would ofc allow for scams but like paying for a rank like in RS dice clans.
It's not practical. The way betting websites and clans in other games work is they take a small percent of the cut. Without a base currency that can be easily broken down, the hosts won't make a profit.
I like the idea but I think the host needs to get a cut of the bet. For example: player 1 bet 4 def pots and player 2 bets 4 def pots. The winner gets 7 def pots. That way the host can pay for his domain and keep updating the software.
What if the website used a currency, that can be purchased via ROTMG Potions? Example : Life = 100 Coins / Def = 20 Coins / etc. And you can do the gambling/rolling on the website. Once you finish gambling, there will be a "Cashout" function implemented on the website which will send you mule accounts(s) with pots that are equal to your "Coins" on the website.
Do you HONESTLY believe that someone will hand over 7 def to such a shady and unproven idea? It wouldn't be too hard, would work similar to how realmeye works. It would just be a more in-depth concept. I wouldn't have a problem doing it if I had more luck with Euphoria and a better concept of how to send and retrieve packets via Euphoria. I already have a dupe bot working 3/4 of the way. My only issue is detecting where the player is currently at and getting the player to the pet farm and vault from where they are.

I think this would implode on itself disgustingly quickly. The market would go to hell probably somewhere between 10-20 bets. Seeing as how the pot market is constantly fluctuating, the coin market would have to be just as dynamic. Eventually, though, there would more than likely become a singularity between the two. That is if the service took off.

So, what do you think ?
Well you claim to know VB, C#, C++, HTML/PHP/CSS + Much More, so I don't see why you can't make the frontend yourself.

It's been quite a while since I've coded C# or C++, and as I said, I am not that experienced with bot making, I can make bots that rely on visuals which is fairly easy, and also, I play ROTMG once or twice a week for 2 -3 hours. So I can't be bothered.
