How Can I Hack This OFfline Game

I want to hack money and power in a Generals Skirmish but the problem is the memory address of the money and power change but only 2 char changed it may looked like this
money address -> 0446A78 then when the game exited and open again it becomes -> 0447A78
power address -> 0445A38 then when the game exited and open again it becomes -> 0446A38

I've tried to make a trainer out of writing an integer value to the process with this two address but it changes.
How can I make it successful even the memory addresses are changing
