DOTA 2 vs LoL

So, I want to know which game MPGH prefers. But state your reasons why you like prefer that game over the other one.
I personally prefer LoL right now (I'm not big into MOBA games atm) but it seems that it's not so dark and gloomy, you seem to rely on teamwork a lot more than DOTA.

Just asking for all your opinions

I've never enjoyed a MOBA. I've tried StarCraft, LoL and DOTA 2 and I thought they were all medicore.

I have played League of Legends for 3 years now, Dota has something about it that makes me strongly dislike it.

Off topic: wrong section its on the debates...
on topic: League of Legends more fast paced and easy to learn although im playing from 2009.

Don't really play both. But voted LoL cos I have played it before and it was ok, quite addictive.

SMITE much better but that's only my opinion.
I think it has better look and I love the gods in.

IMO, both games are shit,but LoL is slightly less shit.

Dota, just has much more going for it. No rune gay shit, complete hero pool, denies, better jungle mechanics, just an all round better game imo, and a much better community.

I don't like both of them.

who dislikes dota is a total noob
