Good private servers aren't supposed to give out free Levels, AC, Gold, or Membership. :/
I think why HP is popular/fun to some extent because many things you have to actually work to get.

the first server was reported by artix i need to find offshore vps hosting now ,for this time the site is hosted on other vps slot until i find and i remake it again.

Well hell anyone could use a linkage system like theirs in any game. I think the fact that it was made in their art style or something.. I really do not know :P I guess since it was made in their art style based off of their game it becomes theirs since it was based off their game :v
