Search help for creating a CoD4 Mod Menu

first of all - I don't know, if this thread is against the rules, because I am searching help and not a hack

"Do not post hack requests, things won't change. When coders finish their hacks, they will post them. Hack requests will be closed."

I am new in the cheater world and I want to create a CoD4 mod menu. So I don't know anything. I worked with Cheat Engine 6.3 a bit, so I know how it works.

Is here someone who want to help me coding/programming a cheat?
