Its possible with 3rd party programms which is not allowed by z8games and you can get banned.
Also you're not German you're egy.

my ping sometime is 0 on wave Mode
but, another player see another ping ;O

As stated above, it's just a bug. I remember when the SEAL/Compound Patch first came out 0 ping was the norm for a few days.
