What does this do? Please answer in english.

i think a proxy lets you onto servers.

for people that do not know this proxy(now removed) allows you to acess servers from other regions eg. i hae one that kets me access all the american servers including the ones i have because i live in the UK....only problem with this is that you can lag alot but when traffic is low its great....
