Request [Help]

Hey well these is about the account i have been on Korean War Rock for about 2 days and i still have not been able to make a account for some reason i keep getting a message with squares on them..........i was just wondering if anyone could help me out by telling me what i am doing wrong or making an account for me please help me i follow the tut step by step still have the same problem

so i guess there is working bypasses and y would i wont a public 1.....they get dectect so fast....
