Amazon refund help.

So, I want to buy a refund service/ double dip for an iPhone 5s or 6 depending on how much it is.
If I put ALL of the money onto a visa gift card, then make a disposable amazon using my 4G on my phone or on a school computer or something.
Would I have a chance of my main account getting banned?
Also I saw a while back this thing where the item gets shipped to a warehouse then they ship it to you so that the seller never sees your Address, what's that called?
