LoL Language Changer

Very useful tool. I discovered it on the league forums, while looking to change the language settings to French by using a mod. Thought I'd try it out because of the comments the thread had. Works perfectly, and I noticed it wasn't on MPGH so I've taken the liberty of making this thread to explain why it's useful and how to use it.

NOTE: The virus scans detect the program as a possible virus, so if a minion could confirm that it's safe, that'd be great.

Walkthrough:
If you're like me, and play in the North American league of legend servers. You may notice that you can't change the language from English to anything other than English. As you can see below, there's no French option in the list. I want to change the language settings to French, and still continue playing in North America servers.



If I change the server to Europe west, I now get the option to change the language settings to French.



We can use this program called "LoL Language Changer" to change the language to French, while being able to play the North American servers. Extract the .rar and run the program. Then click "Browse".



Select your League of Legends directory.



Click the downwards arrow and select your language and region of choice.



Now click update.



We can see that it now says "French" instead of "US English."



So the language settings have now been changed and you can close the program. Open up your league of legends launcher again, and you'll notice that the language settings have completely changed to what you selected in the LoL Language Changer. Even though it says English is the only option for North America, the game is completely in French. Voila.
