The previous release was deleted by @Saboteur because any release with internet connectivity on content is not allowed. If this is the case again, it can result in a ban.

No content that connects, downloads, or makes requests online can be posted without explicit authorization from an Admin or Global Moderator. However apart from that, at the moment this release is believed to contain a Steam inventory stealer. "Steamworks.NET could be used for legitimate reasons, but the _getinventory.php and country checks is considered suspicious". Thus why his previous "release" was deleted and why if this is the exact same content it will not be approved.
Also to all the members begging for approval, it is not because we're 'slow' or because we don't care. 9/10 times it is usually the OPs fault. Either they disregard upload policy or the content is packed, dubious, or downright infectious. If you prefer to go somewhere where nothing is screened and there's a complete lack of interest in your security, feel free to do so. It is also against site rules to solicit for approval and repeat offenders are banned for this.

I'm not sure I understand entirely. I don't know what "Steamworks.net" or "_getinventory.php" are. Also, shouldn't virus scans be able to tell if there is malicious content within the file. Finally, is "country checks" referring to where I live? I believe my file only contains one file, the AssemblyCSharp.dll one. Steamworks.net sounds like it's a completely different file. I have uploaded 4 or 5 files in the past that contain the exact same file (other than this one being updated for Alpha 10.1) and they were approved. I'm very sorry if I sound rude or anything, its hard to set a kind tone of voice when I'm not actually speaking
