It wasn't a private tracker, just a private website. You could still get all the torrents without a membership.
But anyways, I was never a member there so I could care less. The only priavte torrent site I go to is black-cats, and that's because they have the best game download speeds I've seen in a while. (I remember downloading C&C3 at 2500 kbps, and my internet sucks)
