m16a3,mk.48 mod files questions

Hey guys i hope im not being a choob or spamming or anything but i have a question. When i try to mod the m16a3 to a m416 or m417, it only has 4 files for m16a3 and none of them are anibase but i heard from 123(something i 4got) that the anibase thing controls the RoF so how do i go about moding this coz when i only mod the other files, there will be no changes in game can some1 tell me how to go about modding this file.

I had also seen a mk.48-uzi mod but when i tried the mk48 only has 2 files and the rest are mk.48mod but there is an extra mk.48anibase-1 and when i modded the mk48 anibase(without the -1) with uzi anibase there is no difference in game! I hope you guys can help with both this mod question!!!!
