Scamming in CS GO

I got scammed of a really clever scam (okay maybe I was dumb), PayPal scam, he went first and all but he cancelled etc.

Here's what help I need from someone. Anyone knows who to "scam" by knife back? If all I'm going to get from you guys is hate then please ignore this post. Please tweet to me (@HarshTheMursh) or PM for an email if you prefer that. If you do help me scam the guy I'll try to make it worth your time.

How did you get scammed?
Like, what happened?

Basiclly, he told him gimme the knife and ill pay first he is like ok he sent the money and recived the knife but cancled

I got someone i know if u got a paypal acc with money and u can use the same method u can ezly scam this r4tard (i hate him and his rich). write me a way to contact u in a pm

You're not gonna be able to scam a scammer lol, no way he will fall for it.
Did you have the funds available in your balance?
Cause if a payment has been completed the only way to "cancel" it and him getting his money back is by him contacting paypal.
That's why you don't use paypal to sell stuff, go OPskins and earn less on the items, but its more safe (even if their bots are hacking so often)
