Looks alright, might suggest toning down the alpha on the prop xray slightly - slightly too bright to see other props through.
Does it impact FPS when using what looks to be a material for the headtracers or would it be better to use something along the lines of DrawLine from the surface library?
Lastly, it's just personal preference which you might like too but the wireframe on your physgun is needlessly bright, not really a need to see your own physgun (try black I guess).
